Comments on exemptions to EU state aid rules for agriculture
19 July 2018. In its comments on the draft new rules concerning exemptions on state aids in the agriculture and forestry sectors and in rural areas, CEETTAR suggests amendments to avoid distortion of the competition and risks of unequal treatment.
Improving the competitiveness has become one of the main priorities of the CAP 2014-2020. CEETTAR invites the Commission to guarantee undistorted competition between the stakeholders of the agricultural sector.
